Geranium has a natural chemistry that is extraordinary for governing the balance of hormones secreted by our body organs. Shan Recipe
Dark circles gel
1 drop Lavender
1 drop Geranium
30ml aloe vera gel base
Mix all the ingredients together well. Place a few dots under the eye socket area and gently tap it towards the top of the cheekbones.
Stress relief synergy
3 drops Geranium
1 drop Clary Sage
3 drops Bergamot
Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed or diffuse 5-8 drops.
Bliss Garden Perfume
4 drops geranium oil
7 drops frankincense oil
9 drops lavender oil
10 ml jojoba carrier oil
Mix these together in a roll on bottle until well combined.
DIY Air Freshener
125ml distilled water
2 tbsp rubbing alcohol
8 drops lavender oil
5 drops geranium oil
3 drops grapefruit oil
1 drop lemon oil
Add the above ingredients to a 150ml glass spray bottle. Shake well before use. Spritz on carpets, on sheets, in the bathroom or in your car, and anywhere else in your home. This blend is also great as an air freshener.
