Shan Recipe
Soothing muscle blend
50ml Apricot kernel oil
12 drops Lemongrass
13 drops Lavender
Mix well. Massage into muscles.
Mental fatigue synergy
3 drops Lemongrass
2 drops Rosemary
5 drops Peppermint
5 drops Orange
Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed or diffuse 5-10 drops.
No more stuffy air
80 drops Peppermint
70 drops Eucalyptus
40 drops Lemongrass
Add the above oils to a 10ml amber glass bottle. Add a few drops and diffuse in any room with stale air.
