Lemongrass is among the most popular essential oils used for its effectiveness, benefits, and a wide variety of applications. It has a strong fresh, lemony, grassy, and earthy aroma presenting a top fragrance note.

  • Diffuse in the morning to start the day
  • Add to a massage blend to help relax aching muscles
  • Diffuse or add to spray to repel insect
  • Diffuse to eliminate bathroom odor

Shan Recipe

Soothing muscle blend
50ml Apricot kernel oil
12 drops Lemongrass
13 drops Lavender

Mix well. Massage into muscles.

Mental fatigue synergy
3 drops Lemongrass
2 drops Rosemary
5 drops Peppermint
5 drops Orange

Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed or diffuse 5-10 drops.

No more stuffy air
80 drops Peppermint
70 drops Eucalyptus
40 drops Lemongrass

Add the above oils to a 10ml amber glass bottle. Add a few drops and diffuse in any room with stale air.

Oil specific

May cause skin irritation. It is best avoided in individuals with eczema or highly allergy-prone skin. Do not use while pregnant, on damaged skin or on children younger than 2 years.
