Orange Sweet is most commonly known for a “happy” oil. Pressed from the peels of ripe oranges, it has a citrusy and sweet aroma presenting a top fragrance note. A popular essential oil because of its pleasant and versatile scent.
Interestingly, Orange Sweet Essential Oil stirs up both calming and cheerful sensations because of its antidepressant and stimulating properties. It uplifts your emotions while sweeping away stress. Mental exhaustion synergy
5 drops Lavender
5 drops Rosemary
5 drops Orange
Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed or diffuse 5-10 drops.
Body lotion
120ml unscented lotion
20 drops Orange Sweet
5 drops Geranium
10 drops Lavender
5 drops Patchouli
Shake to mix well. Apply daily or as needed.
Tummy blend
50ml Apricot kernel oil
10 drops Sweet Orange
5 drops Ginger
10 drops Peppermint
Mix well. Apply a teaspoon over the abdomen and massage.
Fragrant sachet: Fill an empty sachet bag with cotton balls. Add: 6-10 drops of Orange to the sachet filling; close and place the sachet in drawers, or hang in your closet.
