Mentha piperita (Peppermint), Citrus sinensis (Orange) and Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary).
Place a few drops in a diffuser or personal aroma inhaler first thing in the morning, after lunch to help you get through the rest of the day or revitalise energy levels during a hectic moment. Use at a 1-3% dilution in a body lotion, or in a carrier oil for a rejuvenating massage.
