Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Citrus sinensis (Orange), Cedrus atlantica (Cedarwood), Lavandula angustifolia x latifolia (Lavandin), Origanum majorana (Marjoram Sweet) and Pogostemon cablin (Patchouli).
Place a few drops in a diffuser or evening bath before bedtime. Use at a 1-3% dilution in a body lotion, or in a carrier oil for a calming massage.
