Shan Recipe
No more stuffy air
80 drops Peppermint
70 drops Eucalyptus
40 drops Lemongrass
Add the above oils to a 10ml amber glass bottle. Add a few drops and diffuse in any room with stale air.
Inhalation
40 drops of Eucalyptus
35 drops of Tea Tree
15 drops of Peppermint
10 drops of Myrtle
Add the oils to a 5 ml amber glass bottleand mix well. Pour hot water into a bowl and 1 drop of the synergy, place your head about 12 inches above the bowl and cover your head with a towel in such a way that the sides are totally closed and you in actual fact form a tent over the bowl. Keep your eyes shut and breathe deeply through your nose for 1 to 2 minutes.
Uplift synergy
5 drops Peppermint
5 drops Eucalyptus
5 drops Rosemary
Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed or diffuse 5-10 drops.
Concentration Spray
5 drops Cedarwood
5 drops Lavender
10 drops Orange
20 drops Rosemary
5 drops Eucalyptus Globulus
Optional: 30ml witch hazel
Add the above oils to a 120ml glass spray bottle and fill the rest with filtered water. Shake well before use. Spritz the room every time you need to study. Shelf life: 1 week. Keep refrigerated to prolong shelf life.
