Rosemary Essential Oil has a strong, fresh, and herbaceous aroma presenting a middle fragrance note.
It works well on the central nervous system, where it is an excellent brain stimulant and great for memory. This stimulating and refreshing scent is particularly good to help reduce emotional exhaustion and headache, while stimulating focus and improving mental clarity during exams or periods of increased workload. It has also been successfully used as an aid to respiration and to bring relief to stiff muscles.

Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Cedarwood, Ginger, Petitgrain, Lavender, Orange, Lemon.
- Drop on a tissue and inhale as required to improve short term memory
- Diffuse with a citrusy or minty essential oils to cleanse a room or boost energy and alertness
- Add to a carrier oil and rub abdomen in a clockwise direction to soothe indigestion
- Add to a hair and scalp blend to make a great hair tonic.
Shan Recipe
Shampoo
100ml unscented shampoo
7 drops Cedarwood
7 drops Rosemary
6 drops Tea Tree
Hair and Scalp Tonic
5 drops Cedarwood
12 drops Lavender
3 drops Ylang Ylang
8 drops Rosemary
30ml Jojoba
Mix all ingredients together. Massage into head, hair and scalp. Put a shower cap or warm towel on your head and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash hair normally.
Sports Massage
50ml Apricot kernel oil
10 drops Peppermint
8 drops Rosemary
7 drops Lavender
Mix well. Massage into sore muscles.
Uplift synergy
5 drops Peppermint
5 drops Orange
5 drops Rosemary
Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed or diffuse 5-10 drops.
Concentration Spray
5 drops Cedarwood
5 drops Lavender
10 drops Orange
20 drops Rosemary
5 drops Eucalyptus Globulus
Optional: 30ml witch hazel
Add the above oils to a 120ml glass spray bottle and fill the rest with filtered water. Shake well before use. Spritz the room every time you need to study. Shelf life: 1 week. Keep refrigerated to prolong shelf life.

To extend shelf life keep in a cool dark place with cap tightly sealed or refrigerated.
