Zenergy Refund Policy
At Zenergy, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality aromatherapy products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all accompanying documents (e.g., receipts, invoices).
• Certain items, such as opened essential oils and personal care products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
2. Return Period
• You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the specified timeframe.
3. How to Initiate a Return
• To start a return, please contact us at info@zenergy.com.my with your order details and reason for return.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
4. Refunds Process
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable period. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary based on your financial institution’s processing time.
• Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Refundable Items
• The following items are not eligible for refunds:
• Opened or used essential oils and personal care products
• Appliances that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition
• Appliances that have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorised personnel.
• Sale items
7. Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@zenergy.com.my
8. Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check your bank account and contact your payment provider.
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@zenergy.com.my
